East Coast Eurowerks, located in Wilmington NC, is a locally owned and operated automotive service and repair shop specializing in Volkswagen and Audi.
Serving the Wilmington and surrounding areas since April 2013, our focus is to provide customers with a better Volkswagen and Audi service experience. We strive to provide transparency and clarity with diagnostics and repairs, assuring that our customers leave with a better understanding of repairs, procedures, and the future care of their vehicle.
To help eliminate "suprise" repairs and service, we perform a free 17 point vehicle inspection every 60 days since the last time your vehicle was in the shop, to keep you informed of the condition of your vehicle. This inspection allows us to pinpoint items that may need attention in the future, so that you can plan accordingly, and be better prepared for when repairs are needed.
TIMING BELT SERVICE
If the timing belt fails, it can cause internal damage to your engine, requiring expensive repairs. We offer a timing belt service with a parts warranty ranging from 50K to 100K miles (depending on engine).
We use only the available OE brands that VW and AUDI use, because they fit, perform and function the best. We can perform pad/rotor replacement, flushes, repairs and diagnosis of ABS, brake and Traction Control systems.
We adhere to the factory recommended maintenance schedule, again using only OE brands but at a fraction of the dealership cost. From oil filters to spark plugs, we utilize the highest quality parts at great prices.

DASH WARNING LIGHTS
Check engine light, airbag, glow plug, particulate filter, steering, or bulb indicator light on in your vehicle? With dealer level scan tools and factory trained technicians, we can correctly diagnose and repair any of your dash warning lights.
With state of the art machines and the experience to back it up, we have the knowledge and skill to perform A/C system diagnosis and repairs - anything to help keep you cool.

Really Great VW shop with honest, knowledgable employees. Its always hard finding a shop to work on older VW’s so the fact that they will take my 84 van is a blessing. I brought my 2010 Audi S5 to these guys because they had come recommended by a few different people including a friend of mine who is a master tech (not Audi unfortunately). I called Craig and told him about the issues I was experiencing.This is right after Christmas so, of course they were booked up and he told me it would be around the first part of the following week. I understood they were very busy due to the holiday travel rush. Although, when I told him I was really worried about my car, he made time that day late in the afternoon so they could at least check it out. I don’t know about anyone else’s experience with other shops, but I have never had someone make provision to check my car out for 1..when they are booked out with other jobs. & 2…just because someone is “worried” about their car. That is not to mention they made room for me late in the afternoon. Craig was very friendly and thorough in explaining everything to me regarding my vehicle’s issue, and after OBD scanning my car, Cain could have easily just reported what the error code was and what it will take to fix. But didn’t, he road tested my car to get under load OBD readings (I never asked him to) just to be thorough in his assessment. If you have a Audi / VW, bring it to them. They will eliminate the mechanic merry go round that happens when techs that don’t know these vehicles pretend to fix them only to return a short time later. Had my ’07 Passat back for more work today. Blown away by the work of this shop! I can not emphasis how important customer service is to me, and These two guys understand that. I trust them, and that trust is returned with excellent work for a fair price. I also want to mention that I drive from two counties away to have them work on my car. Both Cain and Craig have been working as technicians for over 14 years each, Cain working at VW dealerships for 10 of those years and Craig for around 11 years at VW dealerships. Born and raised in North Carolina, and living in the Wilmington area since 2009. Craig attended Universal Technical Institute in Mooresville, North Carolina in 2001 and after graduating was hired at Bill Black VW in Greensboro NC. After 6 months Bill Black VW was bought by Flow Motors of Greensboro and Craig continued working there up until 2009, when he moved to Wilmington to work at Bob King VW. Craig continued working at Bob King VW until June 2013, when East Coast Wagen Werks opened.

Cain was raised in Southport, North Carolina and still lives there with his wife and canine family. He attended Universal Technical Institute in Houston, TX in 2001 and after graduation worked at Cape Fear Land Rover for 4 years. He began working for VW in 2007, first at Low Country VW in Charleston and then later at Bob King VW in 2010. He continued working at Bob king until October 2014, when he began at here at the shop.
